Rock climbing and climbing in general has traditionally been a male dominated sport. Men established the bulk of what are modern day climbs. However, as the sport evolves, so does the demographics, and these days, women are showing up to the cliffs in droves.
Northern Vertical Climbing Guides has been offering a regular climbing experience called: Women’s Climbing Series! Where women get to climb with women. Our two amazing instructors Sarah Gall and Krystal Tavares have been meeting our female guests at our 15 Elm Street, Camden, ME headquarters for a meet and greet, followed by a full day of rock climbing for just $125.
