Check out Phil from NYC. He returned for a fifth consecutive ice season. In October, Phil and I discussed training for the upcoming ice season. He had dream big goals and fitness would be the common denominator. So, I sent Phil an 8-Week Training Program. He stuck to the program, which contained weekly metrics to measure his success. Phil's metrics improved by an average 25% over the program and when he and I climbed in New Hampshire early December, he crushed it!
