Legacy Climb Manual

Legacy Climb: mother nature’s bequest and object of desire creating long-lasting resonance within a climber.

The following information is my high performance manual - a compilation of specific tasks and tools to put into practice. Over time, they will turn you into a stronger climber. Some will come and go while others become mainstays. Some will be more appropriate during the climbing season while others are better suited for the off season.

Your intuition is key - trust it!
